THE CHALLANGE

Lamin Frank Coker is a household name in Norway. He’s been in Vogue, trained top actors, and appeared on major TV shows like 24-stjerners julekalender. Through his brand, Laminofly, he conquered the B2C market with his unique mix of wellness coaching and high-energy fitness. But he wanted to go bigger. He saw a massive opening in the corporate world. Companies were desperate to get their employees back to the office and motivated, but they were bored of the same old pizza parties. Lamin wanted to bring his "fitness concerts" and holistic health events directly into these organizations. The problem? You can't sell a high-end B2B service the same way you sell personal training on Instagram. He needed a way to bypass the fans and get straight to the HR directors who control the budget.

THE METHOD

We didn't just look for "companies in Norway." We looked for stages. If a company didn't have the physical office space to host a Laminofly event, they weren't a lead. We segmented the market strictly by "On-Site Capacity" and "Revenue Health." We needed businesses that were growing fast (and therefore had stressed employees needing motivation) and had the square footage to host a fitness event.

Once we built this list of high-revenue, on-site companies, we crafted a campaign strictly in Norwegian. We didn't pitch "exercise." We pitched performance. We reached out to HR heads and positioned Lamin not just as a celebrity trainer, but as a productivity consultant who uses movement to spike employee efficiency and morale.

THE IMPACT

The response was huge. Because we only targeted companies with the space and budget to say "yes," our conversion rate soared. We successfully transitioned Laminofly from a B2C lifestyle brand into a B2B corporate wellness partner. We closed a significant number of leads with major organizations that were looking for exactly this kind of "experience" to re-engage their workforce.
