THE CHALLENGE
Konector approached me with a scalability problem. They are an Amazon growth agency that helps underperforming stores boost their rankings, but they had hit a wall. Their team couldn't manually audit stores fast enough to generate enough leads. Worse, when they did have data, they struggled to turn those raw numbers into compelling emails that actually converted. They needed a way to identify valid e-commerce stores, verify their Amazon presence, and generate high-quality, personalized audits at scale, without hiring a massive team to do it by hand.
THE METHOD
I built an automated infrastructure that sources and categorizes e-commerce leads instantly. Instead of treating every lead the same, the workflow splits them into two unique paths. For stores already on Amazon, the system automatically pulls performance metrics to create a custom "audit" of their current standing. For stores not on Amazon, we didn't just ignore them. Instead, I set up AI agents to find their top competitors and generate reports showing the market opportunity they were missing. This ensured every prospect received a hyper-relevant, data-backed email without a human ever having to open a spreadsheet
This fixed two problems for us which were both related to automation and lead generation.
THE IMPACT
The new infrastructure turned a manual bottleneck into an automated engine. The agency can now generate comprehensive store audits on autopilot, completely removing the need for a manual research team. The "competitor analysis" strategy for non-Amazon stores opened up an entirely new revenue stream, successfully converting prospects who had previously shown zero interest. By prioritizing data accuracy over simple speed, we protected their domain reputation and ensured every email sent was relevant, timely, and highly personalized.
